Just a quick post. We heard from the mortgage broker just now. Financing is in place, we’re good to go. Closing is currently set for 8/25/08, though we might push that up to the 19th if we can get all of the paperwork done. The inspection is this coming Tuesday, but we don’t foresee any issues with that.
That’s one big worry off of my chest.
I think I’ll go throw up now.

Whew Hoo!!…. one step closer to that great nights sleep, and of course the biggie!!! Breaking the house in…. sex in every room!!!
